Ethiopia has been selected to host the SIOP Africa 2028 Conference, announced during the SIOP Africa 2026 Congress held in Lagos from April 13–18, 2026.
This is a proud and historic milestone, reflecting Ethiopia’s Society of Pediatric Hematology and Oncology (ESPHO) growing commitment and leadership in advancing pediatric hematology and oncology care.
Hosting SIOP Africa 2028 will further strengthen partnerships, promote knowledge exchange, and accelerate progress toward better outcomes for children with cancer.
