We often talk about the ‘evidence gap‘ in global health. But perhaps the bigger challenge is the evidence-to-practice gap, and an even tougher one is the implementation gap. If we are serious about improving health outcomes, implementation cannot be an afterthought. We need to design for delivery from day one and generate the evidence that turns promising interventions into lasting impact.”
