“Last week, spent two days in New York with some of the sharpest minds in immunology, synthetic biology, and AI – all circling the same question: how do we move from understanding the immune system to actually programming and reprogramming it?
Helping bring this symposium together alongside Andrea Califano was a real privilege. Across systems immunology, synthetic circuits, AI-driven modeling, and translational applications, the throughline was clear – we’re beginning to see the convergence of disciplines needed to make programmable immune systems a reality.
