“I’m excited to share that I’ve joined MD Anderson Cancer Center as a Registered Nurse in the Acute Cancer Care Center.
It’s an incredible privilege to begin my nursing career at an institution known for excellence in cancer care, innovation, and compassionate patient-centered practice. I’m grateful to everyone at UT MD Anderson for believing in me and giving me the opportunity to grow as a new nurse.
Looking back on my journey, from graduating from Prairie View A&M University to passing the NCLEX and now beginning this next chapter, I’m reminded that hard work and faith can open doors you once only dreamed about.
I’m excited to learn from the best, care for patients during some of their most challenging moments, and do my part in making cancer history.
