On July 13th I celebrated a decade of thriving, training, and beating the odds with my family!
I am living proof that lung cancer research saves lives. Because of targeted therapies, I’m still here celebrating with my family, advocating for awareness and research, owning my gym, coaching fellow survivors, and proving that movement is medicine.
