“Foundation S was proud to launch the 2025 Climate Action and Health Resilience Grants Program last week at our Local Solutions Campus.
Climate change is a growing threat to global health – especially for vulnerable populations. Foundation S is seeking innovative, community-led solutions to strengthen resilience against the health effects of extreme heat and air pollution in LMICs.
We’re looking for:
Proposals that focus on the current and future health impacts of extreme heat, air pollution, or both on vulnerable groups, especially women and children.
Funding available: €50,000–€100,000 per project per year will be awarded for a minimum of 12 and a maximum of 24 months.
Open to: Community-based organisations or local, national, regional or international NGOs
Deadline to apply: 28 November 2025, 23:00 CET.
