“Colorectal Cancer advocates, we need your help!
Last month Congress re-opened the federal government with a short-term funding bill that expires January 30th. If Congress doesn’t pass full Appropriation bills for the coming year before time runs out, CRC programs at the CDC, NIH, and National Cancer Institute could once again face cuts or elimination.
We have a small window to push for stable, long-term funding. Cuts now would stall research, reduce access to lifesaving screenings, and set back progress for patients and families who depend on these programs.
Congress needs to act. Tell your Members to pass full-year funding and protect CRC research and prevention.”
