“We are truly grateful for the invitation to the Cancer and Innovation Summit organised by Europa Donna Armenia this past weekend.
It was an honour to be welcomed by the Armenian Ministry of Health and by the Mayor of Yerevan. Our meetings with national and local authorities were very constructive, focusing on practical ways to strengthen awareness, screening, and early detection: key pillars for improving outcomes for breast cancer patients in Armenia.
A special and heartfelt thank you to Nvard Kocharyan, whose leadership over the past 12 years has been instrumental in building a strong and active advocacy community in the country.
We are also very grateful to our President Stella Mastora, our past Vice President Fiorita Poulakaki, as well as GEORGE MARIOS MAKRIS and Philip Poortmans for their outstanding contributions as speakers and supporters. Their expertise and engagement brought real value to the discussions.
