Erika Bushatsky: Key Takeaways from the Yin and Yang Lung Cancer Masterclass in Paris

Erika Bushatsky, Clinical and Research Fellow at McGill University, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“Last week (June 26-27) I attended the Yin and Yang Lung Cancer Masterclass in Paris, alongside oncologists from different countries who share an interest in lung cancer. A great chance to reconnect with friends, meet new people, and enjoy a few days in Paris along the way.

Two days of great talks, real discussions, and a lot of learning from people who are references in the field. I also presented a clinical case and joined the discussion around it.

One of my favorite parts was a group activity: we had to discuss two key papers on a specific lung cancer treatment topic, then propose a clinical trial to close a gap we found in the literature. My group ended up winning the discussion: both a nice surprise and one of the highlights of the trip.

Thank you, Dr. Marcelo Corassa, former boss and forever mentor, for the opportunity to be part of this. And congratulations to him and the rest of the organizing team, you put together a truly great masterclass.”
