This project has been shaped through the collective guidance and contributions of our American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Health Policy Community of Practice, particularly Dr. Jasmine Kamboj’s leadership and our wider team.
BRIDGE-ONC aims to move beyond the simple question of whether social media is’good’ or ‘bad.’ We hope to better understand how oncology professionals use these platforms, the concerns they face, how online misinformation affects clinical practice, and what guidance or policy support may be needed.
We have now received responses from oncology professionals, but broader geographical and professional representation will make the findings much stronger.
