Enes Erul: Being Part of CoP Health Policy Session at ASCO 2026 is Truly Very Meaningful

Enes Erul, Oncology Fellow at Ankara University, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“Being part of the CoP Health Policy session at ASCO 2026 is truly very meaningful to me. Looking back, realizing a goal I had dreamed of since my medical school years a point I once hoped to reach is both deeply humbling and incredibly motivating. It gives me even greater drive to keep working for much more in the years ahead.

First and foremost, I would like to sincerely thank Jasmine Kamboj, whose encouragement, inspiration, and guidance have always meant a great deal to me, as well as all the leaders, speakers, and working group members who contributed to making this meaningful program possible. Having the opportunity to discuss policy issues that shape cancer care at both local and global levels with such a strong team, as always, will be a tremendous learning experience for me. Continuing to be part of this community and these sessions is something I value greatly.

I would also like to express my heartfelt gratitude to our society, Turkish Society of Medical Oncology, and to the esteemed mentors and professors in Medical Oncology at Ankara University Faculty of Medicine, who have played such an important role in my development. Their knowledge, guidance, and trust have had a profound impact on my journey and on where I stand today.

Contributing to this wonderful session and sharing the same platform with such distinguished names will remain, for me, a true honor that I will carry throughout my life.”Enes Erul
