“Thank you so much, Dr Marwa Hussein, for these very kind words and thoughtful reflections.
I’m truly proud of your engagement and of the oncology clinical pharmacy team at BCCC–NCI. Your role as clinical pharmacists is essential-not only in optimizing treatment and managing toxicity, but also in enriching multidisciplinary discussions and translating evidence into safe, patient-centered care.
It was a pleasure to have such active participation from all team members during this meeting, and I’m glad it provided meaningful, practical value. Continuous learning, open scientific dialogue, and teamwork are exactly what we strive for.
Well done, and keep up the excellent work.”
Quoting Marwa Hussein‘s post:
“It was a great pleasure to attend this scientific meeting focused on the practical and advanced management of Triple Negative Breast Cancer.
I was especially honored to experience, for the first time, such an in-depth and close presentation of surgical cases delivered by one of the leading consultants in surgery, Professor Omar Zakaria who highlighted the latest surgical techniques and oncoplastic advancements that have significantly improved the quality of life for breast cancer survivors after recovery.
I also greatly appreciated the interactive discussion led by Professor Amany Helal, a true scientific authority in the field of oncology.
The meeting provided valuable insights and updates on the latest management strategies for triple negative breast cancer, particularly the role of the immunotherapy agent pembrolizumab, which has recently demonstrated a significant impact on improving survival outcomes and enhancing response to chemotherapy.
Special thanks to professor Emad Shash for organizing such a highly practical and enriching scientific meeting and for creating an open environment that encouraged discussion and scientific inquiry. It is truly a pleasure to work in a place under your leadership.
My sincere appreciation also goes to our team leaders, Dr. Ghada Emam and Dr. Zeinab Abdelwhab ,BCOP, for giving me the opportunity to attend this valuable scientific event.”
