“Today, Eli Lilly and Company completes its acquisition of Ajax Therapeutics. We look forward to Lilly now leading the path ahead to advance our first-in-class Type II JAK2 inhibitor, AJ1‑11095, as a much-needed new therapy for patients living with myeloproliferative neoplasms (MPNs).
We’d like to recognize the Ajax team for their dedication and hard work to achieve this major milestone. Together, we remain committed to our goal of delivering novel therapies with deeper and more durable disease control for patients with MPNs.
