Association of European Cancer Leagues – ECL shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Efforts to reduce people’s exposure to cancer-causing chemicals should be scaled up, not scaled back.
From soap to toothpaste to make-up, we use a wide range of cosmetic products every single day.
That’s why strong protections against carcinogenic substances in these products are so important.
Ahead of key votes on 15 April, the Association of European Cancer Leagues (ECL) is calling on the European Parliament to defend strong, evidence-based measures to prevent cancer through the EU Cosmetics Regulation.”
