“Final results from the phase III KRYSTAL-10 trial provide further insight into the role of KRAS G12C-targeted therapy in metastatic colorectal cancer.

In this ecancer interview from ESMOGI26, Dr Josep Tabernero (Hospital Universitari Vall d’Hebron) discusses the final analysis of adagrasib plus cetuximab as a chemotherapy-free second-line treatment for patients with KRAS G12C-mutated metastatic colorectal cancer.

While the regimen did not demonstrate a significant survival advantage over chemotherapy, the higher response rate highlights its clinical activity and potential role for selected previously treated patients with KRAS G12C-mutated metastatic colorectal cancer.

Watch the full interview with Dr Josep Tabernero.”
