“Week 6 of our Fun Run Munich 26 4×4 training journey is here!
This week, we’re stepping up the challenge with 4-minute interval sessions, alternating higher-intensity efforts with recovery periods to help build endurance ahead of the Fun Run.
Every training session brings us one step closer to Munich, and if you haven’t signed up yet, there’s still time to join us and contribute to our efforts to raise awareness of digestive cancers and the importance of prevention and sustaining healthy lifestyles.
