DE-ESCALATE Trial in Metastatic Hormone-Sensitive Prostate Cancer Presented at ASCO 2026

DE-ESCALATE Project shared a post on LinkedIn:

“The DE-ESCALATE trial was recently presented as a poster by Dr. Fabio Turco at the American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual Meeting in Chicago.

Featured at one of the most important global oncology meetings, attended by more than 44,000 oncology professionals from around the world, the poster details the background and methods of this pragmatic phase III trial.
DE-ESCALATE explores whether patients with metastatic hormone-sensitive prostate cancer whose PSA falls to very low levels after 6–12 months of maximum androgen blockade may safely interrupt treatment, aiming to improve quality of life and reduce treatment burden while preserving overall survival.
