David Mizrahi Joins Yale University’s Prestigious 2026 TREC Training Workshop – ARCCS

Australian Research Centre for Cancer Survivorship, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“Congratulations to Dr David Mizrahi PhD, Senior Research Fellow at the Australian Research Centre for Cancer Survivorship (ARCCS) and The Daffodil Centre on being selected as the only international fellow in Yale University’s prestigious 2026 Transdisciplinary Research on Energetics and Cancer (TREC) Training Workshop.

Funded by the US National Cancer Institute, the workshop brought together researchers from around the world to advance innovative approaches to cancer prevention, treatment and survivorship.

The experience has already sparked new international collaborations and reinforced the importance of implementation science and transdisciplinary research in improving equitable access to evidence-based exercise and supportive care for people affected by cancer. It has also inspired plans for a national transdisciplinary research network to help accelerate cancer survivorship research and strengthen supportive care across Australia.

We’re proud to see this work strengthening international collaborations and advancing cancer survivorship research through ARCCS, a partnership between Cancer Council NSW and UNSW Sydney, and The Daffodil Centre, a partnership between Cancer Council NSW and The University of Sydney.”
