Darren Back, the President of The Pfizer Foundation, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Volunteers play a vital role in uplifting local communities and driving progress toward a more resilient world.
This National Volunteer Week, Pfizer colleagues across the U.S. and Puerto Rico embodied that spirit of service through Give Forward, Pfizer’s signature colleague community engagement program.
1.7K+ colleagues dedicated 8.9K+ hours to organizations and initiatives making an impact in their communities. From heartfelt, handwritten letters to community clean-ups, these efforts are a testament to what’s possible when people come together with compassion and shared purpose.
Thank you to everyone who took action, lent a hand, and showed up for others. I’m proud of the commitment our colleagues continue to demonstrate, and grateful for the positive impact they’ve made.”
