“As 2025 comes to a close, I’m reflecting on what has truly been a transformative year. In August, I began a new chapter by joining Bristol Myers Squibb as Chief Medical Officer and Head of Development. This role has challenged and inspired me in ways I never imagined.
One of the greatest privileges of these past months though has been connecting with our talented teams. Every conversation has reinforced the dedication and passion that define BMS. I’m deeply grateful for the warm welcome and fantastic support that have made this transition so meaningful, including from the BMS Leadership Team and Board of Directors.
As we look ahead, I’m energized by the opportunity to advance our promising pipeline together and bring new medicines to the patients who need them most. Wishing all my colleagues a joyful holiday season and a healthy, happy New Year. Here’s to the impact we’ll make together in 2026!”
