Cristian Massacesi, Executive Vice President, Chief Medical Officer, and Head of Development at Bristol Myers Squibb, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“This week, I had the opportunity to visit our Bristol Myers Squibb office in Shanghai for the first time, where I met with the skilled teams that are driving innovation and accelerating our pipeline – not just for patients locally, but globally.
I had the chance to engage in face-to-face meetings, participate in a dynamic Town Hall, and explore a showcase of the teams’ work. These powerful moments highlighted how our people are advancing science and delivering for patients.
Shanghai is rapidly emerging as a global center for healthcare innovation, and it was especially energizing to visit a local academic institution and connect with physicians committed to advancing clinical research in China. We also had the chance to network with our peers at other China-based companies – exchanging ideas and experiences as we work to improve patient outcomes.
Thank you to Zhengying Zhu, Julie Rozenblyum, Liyuan Yang, and everyone else who made this visit so impactful. Your dedication to science is inspiring, and I’m excited about what we’ll continue to achieve together.”
