” ‘We’re going to try to build human organs, and we’re going to build them on small devices called chips.’
Meet Clara Ramón Lozano, who joined Servier as a Postdoctoral Scientist and is now Head of ADME In Vitro Technologies. Clara is pioneering organs-on-chips – innovative miniaturized systems that replicate how human organs function.
By developing a liver-on-a-chip, Clara and her team are helping predict how drugs will interact with the body, making research faster, more reliable, and more ethical – with fewer animal tests.
Discover our ambitions in R&D.”
