The RTC Fellowship connects MSD employees with non-governmental organization (NGO) partners to strengthen their capabilities and expand access to health worldwide. Selected NGOs receive strategic consulting from MSD employees plus a grant of up to $35,000 USD. The program runs from July to October 2026.
