“We’re looking for an experienced event management service provider in Abuja.
We need an experienced provider to handle end-to-end logistics: venue and supplier coordination, registration, speaker and VIP arrangements, AV, catering, transport, and onsite management.
They must be based in Abuja with at least five years of event management experience, a track record coordinating events involving government and international partners, and the capacity to deploy an onsite team.
Experience in health or international development is an advantage.
Proposals are three pages maximum, plus a detailed budget.
Deadline: 10 September 2026.”
