Christopher Gomez, Customer Experience Coordinator at The University of Texas MD Anderson Cancer Center, Department of Patient Relations shared a post on LinkedIn:
“I’m excited to share that I’ve stepped into the role of Customer Experience Coordinator at MD Anderson Cancer Center – a brand new position within the Patient Relations department.
It is an incredible honor to be the first ever to hold this role and to help pioneer what the Customer Experience Coordinator position will look like for our institution. After starting as an Ambassador just six months ago, I’m grateful for the trust and support from my leaders and teammates who believed in my ability to take on this new challenge.
Stepping into this role gives me the opportunity to support that mission in a deeper way by enhancing the experience of our patients, families, and visitors from the moment they walk through our doors.
I look forward to shaping this role, elevating our service culture, and contributing to meaningful improvements that reflect our commitment to exceptional care.
At MD Anderson Cancer Center , we don’t treat cancer; we treat people with cancer – and I’m honored to support that mission in this new role.”
