Look no further than community oncology. From leading clinical trials to offering novel treatments, multidisciplinary clinical teams are not waiting on the sidelines, they’re delivering innovative treatments for people with cancer close to home.
One example: bispecific therapy. Nearly 97% of community oncology practices recently surveyed said that they currently or will administer bispecific therapy in the office.
But it’s not an easy path: practices are navigating care coordination with hospitals for adverse event management when they occur, unsustainable reimbursement for patient monitoring, and more.
