“Rwanda will host the ’10th International Advance Care Planning Conference’ from 22–24 September 2027!
This will be the first ACP conference held in Rwanda, and the first on the African continent.
We congratulate and thank the Hon. Minister of Health Sabin Nsanzimana for his support in making this historic opportunity possible and for advancing ‘Advance Care Planning in Rwanda’.
Through the conference, we will connect African and global experiences, promote dignity in care, research and best practices, honour cultural perspectives, and advocate for patients and their families.
