“Tirana Reflections: Mentorship, Meaning, and the Hard Questions.
A few months ago, the Tällberg Foundation convened 15 emerging global leaders and their mentors, alongside members of the wider Tällberg network, for the TLML kick-off workshop in Tirana, Albania. We were hosted by the Social Contract Institute of Albania at the Pyramid Conference Center of Tirana.
The workshop was designed as a working session rather than a ceremonial launch. Mentors and mentees engaged in one-on-one pairings and group work to build personal chemistry, explore leadership in the 21st century, and outline the contours of their mentoring relationships for 2026.
A compelling prompt for the AI theme was a dramatic reading, performed by participants of The Trials of Atlas, in which AI is on trial for murder, and the group convenes as jurors to debate and decide guilt. A powerful format for navigating complex questions with rigor, nuance, and human judgment.
Nominate a leader who creates real impact.”
