A few months ago, Tirana gave us a masterclass in what leadership actually looks like in 2026.

The Tallberg Foundation brought together 15 emerging global leaders, their mentors, and the wider Tällberg network for the TLML kick-off-hosted by the Social Contract Institute of Albania at the Pyramid Conference Center.

We didn’t just “meet.”

We paired up, tested ideas, built real mentor–mentee chemistry, and sketched the contours of one-on-one work for the year ahead. Most memorable catalyst: a dramatic reading of The Trials of “-AI on trial for murder.
