A PhD Student at Children’s Cancer Institute, Chelsea leads the Bioinformatics team and is Computational Transcriptomics Leader for the Zero Childhood Cancer Program (ZERO). Her pioneering research in paediatric cancer genomics is transforming precision oncology in Australia.
ZERO is a world-leading national precision medicine program for children and young people with cancer led by Children’s Cancer Institute and Kids Cancer Centre at Sydney Children’s Hospital, Randwick.
Providing in-depth genomic analysis for each child enrolled, ZERO is not only improving outcomes for children being treated for cancer today but is also advancing science’s understanding of childhood cancer for the benefit of all
