“Today marked a significant moment for the childhood cancer community as Prof. Gilles Vassal, SIOP Europe, the European Society for Paediatric Oncology (SIOPE) Board Member and Policy Lead (Gustave Roussy, FR) and Olga Kozhaeva, SIOP Europe, the European Society for Paediatric Oncology (SIOPE) Policy Affairs Director, alongside our estimated partners representing patients, survivors, and their families, had the honor of meeting with Commissioner for Startups, research, and Innovation Ekaterina Zaharieva at the European Commission in Brussels.
We are deeply grateful for the opportunity to be heard at such a high level and to bring forward the real needs of children and adolescents with cancer.
