Charles Roberts: Deeply Honored to Be Elected to This Year’s Class of AACR Fellows

Charles Roberts, Cancer Center Director and Executive Vice-President at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital, shared a post on LinkedIn by the American Association for Cancer Research, adding:

“I am deeply honored to be elected to this year’s class of AACR Fellows.

Cancer research is a team effort, and this recognition reflects the exceptional work of the trainees and staff in my lab over the years, and that of all our phenomenal collaborators and colleagues here at St. Jude Children’s Research Hospital and at other world-class institutions.

My sincere thanks to the American Association for Cancer Research, a wonderful organization that connects researchers globally and enables us to learn from one another, thereby better propelling the field forward.”

Quoting AACR’s post:

“We congratulate our newly elected class of Fellows of the AACR Academy.

The Academy honors distinguished scientists whose contributions have propelled major breakthroughs in cancer research and have advanced the AACR’s mission to prevent and cure all cancers. We look forward to celebrating them and their groundbreaking scientific achievements at the AACR Annual Meeting 2026 in April.

Learn more.”
