Cesar Perez, Director of Drug Development at Lake Nona DDU of Florida Cancer Specialists and Research Institute, shared Annals of Oncology’s post on LinkedIn, adding:
“ADCs continue to make their mark in head and neck oncology.
Becotatug Vedotin (anti-EGFR ADC) in heavily pretreated recurrent/metastatic NPC after chemotherapy plus PD-1/PD-L1 failure:
- n=173 randomized
- ORR: 30.2% vs 11.5% (chemo)
- PFS: 5.82 vs 2.83 months (HR 0.63)
- OS: 17.1 vs 12.0 months (HR 0.73, immature)
A meaningful signal in a population with few effective options. The ADC era in H&N cancer is accelerating.”
Quoting Annals of Oncology’s post:
“Article in press: Becotatug vedotin for recurrent/metastatic nasopharyngeal carcinoma (Magic-M001): a multicenter, randomized trial.”
