“I’m thrilled and deeply grateful to share that I have been awarded the Cancer Research Institute (CRI) Irvington Postdoctoral Fellowship.
This fellowship will support my research in the Rosato Lab at the Geisel School of Medicine at Dartmouth, where I have the privilege of working at the intersection of two fields I love: neuroscience and immunology.
Our lab studies tissue-resident memory T cells (TRM), immune cells that establish long-term residence within tissues, including the central nervous system.
My research focuses on understanding TRM biology in the brain and how we can harness these cells to help develop more effective cancer immunotherapies.
Science never happens alone. I am incredibly grateful to my mentor, Dr. Pam Rosato, and to everyone in the Rosato Lab for their collaboration, generosity, and support.
I am also deeply thankful to Dr. Mary Jo Turk for her mentorship and encouragement. Finally, I wouldn’t be here without the mentorship, training, and scientific foundation I developed in Dr. Li Gan’s Lab, all of which continue to shape how I approach science today.
