Childhood Cancer International (CCI) shared a post a post on LinkedIn:
“From the CCI Europe conference in Glasgow, we are bringing back many important conversations, new connections, and renewed motivation for the work ahead.
The conference, once again showed the strength of the childhood cancer community when advocates, survivors, parents, healthcare professionals, and partners come together with a shared purpose.
A huge thank you to the colleagues of Childhood Cancer International – Europe for organising such a meaningful and impactful conference, and for creating space for collaboration, exchange, and survivor leadership.
As we reflect on the past days, these are three key takeaways we are bringing with us:
- The value of sharing knowledge and experiences
- Why international cooperation is essential in childhood cancer
- The growing strength and leadership of the survivor community”
