Catherine Alix-Panabières, Director of the Laboratory of Rare Human Circulating Cells and Professor of Universities – Hospital Practitioner at Montpellier University Hospital, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Last week, I had the pleasure of participating in the 10+2 Santorini Conference 2026 — an inspiring meeting bringing together outstanding scientists and clinicians in the fields of genetics, systems biology, omics technologies, and Personalized Medicine.
The conference provided a unique platform for knowledge exchange, stimulating scientific discussions, and the development of exciting opportunities for future collaborations.
I was particularly honoured to moderate the session on Liquid Biopsy and to present our latest research findings highlighting the importance of integrating multi-omics approaches together with immune profiling.
Understanding the interplay between circulating tumor cells (CTCs) and blood/immune cells will be essential for advancing precision oncology, with immunopeptidomics emerging as a key component in deciphering these complex interactions.”
