Catherine Alix-Panabières: A Great Pleasure to Meet the Jeu-Bulle Association and Its President

Catherine Alix-Panabières, Director of the Laboratory of Rare Human Circulating Cells and Professor of Universities – Hospital Practitioner at Montpellier University Hospital, shared a post on LinkedIn:

“Today was a truly beautiful and meaningful day.

I had the great pleasure of meeting the Jeu-Bulle Association and its President, Mrs. Corinne Lourdais, alongside many colleagues from ID SOLUTIONS.

Jeu-Bulle is amazing with the main actions:

  • Organize events to raise funds
  • Offer in-home toy library sessions for children affected by cancer
  • Provide financial support to support associations, University Hospitals, and research programs.

Why was this moment so special? Because numerous employees from this company, ID SOLUTIONS, which works in oncology testing, generously donated gifts for children affected by cancer.

I was delighted to be present with Prof. Nicolas Sirvent and Alexandre Theron, two key figures in the Pediatric Oncology Department at CHU de Montpellier, France.

What could be more beautiful than watching a child open a gift – seeing their eyes light up, their smile appear, and their joy as they play?

At CHU de Montpellier, many promising projects are emerging from the collaboration between the Pediatric Oncology Department and Liquid Biopsy LCCRH Lab – Laboratoire Cellules Circulantes Rares Humaines, which I have the honor to lead.

This is a genuine wave of solidarity bringing together healthcare professionals, researchers, associations, and industry partners – all united by a shared goal: to provide the best possible care for these children and to bring them moments of happiness despite the disease.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone involved.”
