Carla Ceprià Nicolás, Communications Director at Oncoheroes Biosciences shared a post on LinkedIn:
“It is a well-known fact that busy comms people rarely find the time to post on their own profiles, but an occasion like this deserves it.
This week, we finally saw months of behind-the-scenes work materialize into the Spain-US Business Summit. For two days, we welcomed more than 300 guests to The Foundry Consortium and Winthrop Center, hosted high-stakes panels, and celebrated with a networking cocktail party that I’m sure we’ll be hearing about for a long time!
Leading the comms for an event of this scale is a whirlwind, and it only happens because of a team that doesn’t quit. A huge shout-out to my amazing colleagues at the Richi Foundation: Ricardo Garcia, Nina Fernàndez Puig, Ketty Puig, and Richi Garcia Puig.
Beyond the core team, I’m so grateful for the partners who made the ‘logistics magic‘ happen: Marissa Martorano, and Sunmin He, I’ll forever be grateful for the support and the matching vibes!
You also wouldn’t be able to see the magic we lived without our ‘media fairies,’ David Marshak, Jose Humberto Salazar Flores, and Zach Levenson; thank you for turning our ideas into incredible photos and videos.
A massive thank you as well to Lucia Criado Mascaray, Laura Carratalà Marín, Leyre Moral Orgaz, Eugenia Vieites, Lucia Monserrat Colecha, Cristina Moreno González, Loreto Cerquella Olmedilla, and Marta Gomez del Aguila for their tireless support during the event.
And of course, a heartfelt thank you to ICEX for trusting us to bring this vision to life.
Great events need great people, and the energy in Boston this week was proof of that. To the Spanish companies who traveled to join us and the Boston stakeholders who welcomed them: thank you for your trust and for proving that this bridge is stronger than ever.
I’m already looking forward to the next big thing on our calendar… the Carnival of Colors, in just a few days!
Follow our work at the Richi Foundation and support us if you can. Everything we do has a deeper purpose, not just the professional connections we’re sparking, but the impact we’re making for the childhood cancer community.
Let’s keep it up!”
