“Since joining the C/Can network in 2018, Kumasi has emerged as a leader in advancing people-centred cancer care in Ghana and the wider Ashanti region.
With the dedication of 578+ local stakeholders from 25 institutions, Kumasi has made measurable strides in:
- Co-creating cancer care solutions tailored to local needs
- Strengthening coordination across the health system
- Building capacity that will serve generations to come
Now, with continued support from local leadership, Kumasi has entered a second cycle of technical projects—marking a new phase of technical cooperation that will build on the progress made and ensure long-term, sustainable improvements in cancer care.
The newly released impact report tells the story of how local collaboration can drive national and regional change.
