“More than 50 colleagues from C/Can cities and countries, together with technical and funding partners, met in Hong Kong alongside the World Cancer Congress, co-hosted with the Asian National Cancer Centers Alliance (ANCCA).
Stakeholders from Kochi, Quezon City, Phnom Penh, Da Nang and Yogyakarta shared experience and learnings in real time, across both core and Horizon cities.
Roche shared a funding partner’s perspective on supporting Yogyakarta and Da Nang through C/Can, and confirmed continued support.
Dr Siti Nadia Tarmizi, Director for Prevention and Control of Direct Communicable Diseases at Indonesia’s Ministry of Health, spoke to Indonesia’s ongoing collaboration with C/Can.
Dr Yawei Zhang, representing ANCCA, pointed to the opportunity for closer collaboration ahead.
