Our team at BG Lab reviewed 20 years of FDA approvals of cancer drugs to examine how the landscape has shifted over time.
Some interesting/concerning trends regarding increased reliance on surrogate endpoints and single arm trials, especially outside of the FDA’s accelerated approval pathway.
