“An important paper defining the core outcome set for AYA adults with cancer. An international consensus based on literature reviews and interviews:

  • 20 outcome measures that are tumour agnostic and disease phase agnostic
  • with the exception of fertility, would be applicable to all ages of cancer
  • 18 out of 20 outcome measures depend on collection of patient reported outcomes (PROs)
  •  the AYA population is defined as 15-39 yrs which is broader than what is used in Australia
