“This upcoming ASCO Annual Meeting 2026 looks great in terms of its educational program. I’m very excited, especially on the session about cancer care in times of crisis and in immigrant and displaced population. Because as you are well aware, the current situation with the world unfortunately is leading to lots of crisis, both natural disasters and man-made disasters and people are being displaced from their homes and we also have a unique situation with cancer care among immigrant population.
So this educational program is going to cover all these aspects and I’m very much looking forward to learning more about how to take care of our patients with cancer who are in these situations of crisis.
