Biagio Ricciuti, Thoracic Medical Oncologist at Dana-Farber Cancer, shared a post on LinkedIn:
“Great to see the pioneering work of Carmen Mecca and Simone Piane at Boston Children’s Hospital / Harvard Medical School discovering and developing ALK-specific T-cell receptors (TCRs) – featured at the IASLC FOUNDATION Hot Topic ICI Resistance Meeting in Dublin.
This work represents an exciting step toward ALK-targeted TCR-T cell therapies, with the potential to bring effective immune-based treatment to patients with ALK-positive tumors.”
