Atrium Health Levine Children’s Highlights the Importance of ARISE Cancer Consortium

Atrium Health Levine Children’s shared a post on LinkedIn:

”Every day, children across the country face the unimaginable challenge of a cancer diagnosis. At Atrium Health Levine Children’s, we stand with these brave young fighters – and we’re committed to advancing care, research and support for every child and family impacted.

During Childhood Cancer Awareness Month, North Carolina has officially recognized the importance of raising awareness and accelerating progress in pediatric oncology. We’re proud to be part of that mission through initiatives like the ARISE Cancer Consortium™, launched to work collaboratively with health systems in North and South Carolina to drive innovation in treatment and supportive care for children, adolescents and young adults.

We hope you’ll follow along throughout the month of September as we share the powerful stories of our patients and their families.
