”So many wonderful moments at last week’s American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) Annual meeting, but these are my favorites because of the closeness of our female oncology community
- So much ‘she for she’ in this group! I’m grateful for the friendships through our social media groups, the women’s networking lounge, and the face-to-face relationships
- I’ve been mentored by and offered mentoring (and sponsorship) to fellow Dr Moms. I’m unsure if I could have made it this long w/o these friends!
- ASCO is one of the few professional spaces where I never feel ‘less than’ as a female physician. I’ve watched this group embrace women over the last 17 yrs.”
