American Society of Clinical Oncology (ASCO) shared a post on LinkedIn:
“How do medical professionals feel about AI?
In a new survey of 344 participants from the hematology and oncology workforce at 3 Mayo Clinic sites, investigators assessed their current perceptions and anxieties regarding the integration of artificial intelligence into health care.
While nearly all survey participants believe AI will be integrated into medical education and clinical practice, and the majority believe this integration will be beneficial, 51% of physicians and 68% of advanced practice providers and nurses expressed concerns. ASCO Daily News has more on this new study, recently published in JCO Journals Clinical Cancer Informatics.”
