“Behind every child supported by the Act for Children program is a story of resilience, hope, and possibility. Our mission is to ensure that these stories become stories of success.
ACT for Children (Access Cancer Treatment for Children) is a global multi-stakeholder initiative whose primary objective is to reduce the survival gap in childhood cancer between high-income countries and low- and middle-income countries (LMICs) by ensuring that children have access not only to innovative medicines, but also to the complete care ecosystem required to achieve cure.
Today, 12 centers (7 countries) are benefiting from our initiative across continents, above 1000 children with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia have received improved care since the project start, and above 5000 children with any type of cancer at a site since program activities started.
