“It was such an exciting and thought provoking time for Africa cancer stakeholders. A gathering that united voices from across the world – 2025 AORTIC Conference in Tunis.
The UICC in it’s efforts to ensure every voice counts, sponsored patient advocates, not just from Africa but from different regions, recognizing that we are fighting a common enemy. It could be said that the conference was in Africa for Africa, but UICC explains it better to the world; ‘Though our needs may differ, Our goal is the same‘.
