- Focus on your eulogy resume–how you want to be remembered–rather than your work resume
- Creative alchemy–we all have creativity which can help ground us and give us deeper meaning
- Rather than thinking about every day as your last day, think about every day as your first day, approaching it with wonder and curiosity
- Build your community–those people that show up when you need them most–quality over quantity
- For providers–get to know your patients as persons
